Catholic obligations — whether it’s Sunday Mass, fasting, lenten observances, or holy days etc. Are our Catholic obligations a good thing? How do they help us in our faith lives and how can we understand the difference between obligation and legalism? How does obligation fit with our relationship with God, especially in light of Jesus' words "If you love me, you will keep my commandments" (John 14:15)?
